CHRISTOPHER CONTI APPOINTED TO THE ACCOUNTING PRINCIPLES AND AUDITING STANDARDS FICPA COMMITTEE
Christopher Conti, Audit Manager, has been appointed to the Accounting Principles and Auditing Standards Committee for the second year. This Committee studies, reviews and comments on exposure drafts and research bulletins by various professional standard-setting bodies. Christopher takes information he learns from this committee and conducts internal training to the Stroemer Team.
The FICPA is the premier professional organization representing Florida's Certified Public Accountants. Serving on a FICPA Committee is a great way for accounting professionals to network with their peers from around the State, while enabling them to play an influential role in shaping the future of their profession. Christopher graduated from Bentley University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and a Minor in Law. Shortly after graduation he began his career in public accounting, and was quickly promoted to Manager. Since joining Stroemer & Company, Christopher has been an essential part of the firm.
